MP-612
The MP-612 is a portable, manually-operated press that produces a 6" x 12" x 3-1/2" compressed earth block which is moderately light in weight and easy to handle. High quality steel construction; grease fittings are installed at all critical locations to ensure smooth operation and long life, with a minimum of maintenance. The two 6-foot rails provide stability during operation and can be detached before transport, as can the two-piece 6-foot compression handle. The optional wheel kit makes it easy to move at the building site. Painted Safety Yellow for high visibility and to prevent rust.

GPH-2003, DPH-2003, EPH-2008
The GPH/DPH/EPH series utilizes true hydraulics for quick and efficient compression, delivering approximately 1500 PSI (pounds per square inch) to the mould box. Using a convenient bolt-on design, additional mould boxes can be purchased to produce a variety of blocks, bricks and pavers. The GPH and DPH models are ideally suited for use in remote locations where electricity is unavailable. High quality, heavy duty steel construction and grease fittings at all critical locations ensure smooth operation and long life with a minimum of maintenance. The optional tow package consists of a 48" x 40" trailer with 12" tires. The machine is easily mounted and dismounted with a standard 1/2 ton engine hoist, and it can remain mounted on the trailer during operation (however, proper precautions must be taken to prevent tipping).

Bricks and Tiles
The Brick Factory
Now you can make your own bricks and tiles for much less than
what you'd pay for them at the local home improvement store.
The Brick Factory is a smaller version of our air/hydraulic
compressed earth block press, designed to produce a pair of
perfectly sized bricks measuring 4-1/4" x 8-3/4"
x 2". Bricks are made using common “sand mix”
(Portland cement and sand) available at your local building
center. Fill the hopper with a measured amount of moist
sand mix, close the lid and press the air valve. In 30 seconds
you’ll have two perfect bricks.
To make tiles, simply remove the brick insert. Tiles can be up to 2" thick, but 1" is sufficient for most applications. If “Portland Gray” isn't your favorite color, you can add a concrete coloring agent to the mix. Commonly available colors are red, brown and tan; check with your local building center for other colors.
Ergonomically designed, The Brick Factory stands 36" tall when mounted on its optional stand, a comfortable height that virtually eliminates back strain. The Saltillo Fake-O Tile Kit
We call them “Saltillo Fake-O”
— they look a lot like Mexican-made Saltillo tiles,
but unlike real Saltillo tiles, these tiles are tough as
nails and will last a lifetime with minimal care. Real
Saltillos are earthen — sometimes fired, but usually
sun-baked — and tend to be quite fragile, not to
mention highly irregular in size and thickness. With our
Saltillo Fake-O kit, you can make your own tiles that are
consistent in size and thickness, comparable in price to
Saltillos, and amazingly durable. Use them indoors or out
and install them as you would any other kind of tile.
The Saltillo Fake-O Tile Kit comes with a four-gang mold
(i.e., you can make four tiles at a time) and complete
instructions for making your own 10" x 10" tiles.
Use one kit for small projects and two or even three kits for

Accessories
Soil Filter Table
Proper soil preparation is absolutely essential for producing solid, reliable
compressed earth blocks. Our soil preparation table makes that process simple
and easy. Park your wheelbarrow under the table, place a quantity of soil in
the filter, then simply rock the tray back and forth. All of the pebbles,
stones and other undesirable bits remain in the tray while clean, filtered soil
falls into your wheelbarrow. After filtering is complete, simply lift the tray
from the table and discard the unfiltered material.
The Soil Filter Table features all steel construction, painted Safety Yellow for high visibility and to prevent rust. The filter tray includes a 1/8" grid galvanized filtration screen which can be easily replaced if necessary. Stands at a comfortable working height of 32 inches; the outer frame is 28" x 18". Extra Core Plates and Inserts
Extra core plates are essential when helpers are available;
the Half Block insert splits your blocks in two, and the
Channel Block insert creates a space for your conduit,
plumbing or reinforcing bar.
Wheel Kits, Trolleys and Towing Packages
Most of our block machines are quite heavy, so adding wheels
makes it much easier to move the machine around the job site.
Available for all of our air/hydraulic block presses, the three-wheel trolley lets you move your block press on the job site with ease. The press fits snugly in the steel frame and features a limited turning radius to prevent accidental tip-over. High quality, heavy duty steel construction with 10" pneumatic tires and gold-tinted rims. Painted Safety Yellow for high visibility and to prevent rust.
For the hydraulic models, a 48" x 40" trailer with 12" tires and custom-fitted diamond plate decks is available. Be aware that an engine hoist, forklift or similar apparatus is required to place the machine on the trailer.
